to replace the Dehk’è Frank Channel Bridge (Project) on the Highway-3 corridor. Project Activities include:
- construction and operation of a temporary camp and a laydown area;
- re-alignment of the Right-of-Way
- replacement of the existing bridge
- installation of temporary drainage system and construction of permanent drainage system with new culverts
- construction of temporary ice bridges
- rock blasting to construct temporary accesses to build new bridge and deconstruct the other.
