This Permit entitles Arctic Canadian Diamond Company Ltd. to conduct the following activities to support the Jay Development:a) construction, operation, and maintenance of the Jay Road, including the cut through the esker;b) construction, operation, and maintenance of site roads, Pipeline Road, and Pipeline bench;c) construction of caribou crossings;d) construction of laydown areas and storage pads;e) construction and operation of water retention dykes;f) construction and operation of the Sub-basin B Diversion Channel;g) extraction of waste rock and kimberlite ore from the Jay pit;h) construction of waste rock storage area;i) construction, operation, and maintenance of supporting infrastructure;j) use of machinery and equipment to support construction and operations;k) storage of fuels;l) use of explosives;m) quarry operations;n) installation, operation, and maintenance of underground and overhead power lines and pushouts; ando) use of existing pits for water and processed kimberlite management.
