This Permit entitles Arctic Canadian Diamond Company Ltd. to conduct the following land-use activities for mining of the Lynx pit, including the following:a) extraction of waste rock and ore from the Lynx Pit;b) construction of site roads to the Lynx Lake site (near Misery Pit and Lac de Gras);c) water management infrastructure (e.g., pipelines, pumps, runoff deflection structure);d) expansion of Misery waste rock storage area; ande) use of vehicles, equipment, and explosives.
The Project is for Mining and Associated Activities in the Ekati Mine Claim Block near Misery Pit and Lac de Gras, NT.
