The GNWT - DOT plans on replacing the existing Four Mile Creek Bridge with a new structure 20 metres downstream. The existing structure has been noted as damaged and unsafe. DOT will supply plans for the dismantling and reclamation of the existing bridge at a later date.

The associated Land Use Permit is S12E-009​.
