Winter Access - Peel River J-21 Investigation and Remediation Project.
This transboundary project involves the construction of a temporary winter access route from the Dempster Highway (approx. 10km south of Fort McPherson) into the Yukon for remediation activities at the J-21 Staging area on the Peel River.
MVLWB authorizations pertain only to the construction of the NWT portion of the winter access road.
