Mackay Lake Lodge: Operate a lodge to accommodate mining exploration personnel, film crews, and workshops, in addition to hunting and fishing guests on Mackay Lake. All services and activities at the lodge will take place in the existing facilities and on existing land leases.

The previous Permit MV2013J0006 was extended and granted two consecutive Storage Authorizations, with a final expiration date of September 23, 2022. This is  the Renewal Application.
