Blackwater River bridge construction project started January 2009 and since then the work to complete this bridge is underway.  We estimate to complete pile driving, abutments, piers, steel girders and installation, earthworks by March 31, 2010.  Works left after would be the deck installation, swale, rip rap, armor flex mats and deck grouting etc.
